North America Smartphone Vendor & OS Market Share by Country: Q1 2015

Smartphone shipments grew a very healthy 24% annually in North America during the first quarter of 2015. Apple remained ahead of Samsung and LG, on the strength of the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. Android lost a few points of share from a year earlier, as Apple iOS maintained momentum. Meanwhile, Microsoft held onto its position as the region's third largest platform while BlackBerry remained in 4th place.
