The India smartphone market grew by 14% annually in Q4 2019, per our latest report from the Smartphone Country Share Tracker (SCST) service. For the whole year of 2019, this growth stood at 7%.Being the last quarter and coming after the highs of a festive season of Q3 2019, it did sequentially decline by -19% in Q4 2019. Xiaomi, followed by vivo and Samsung were the top three vendors by shipment. It is the first time that vivo has scaled to the second position in the Indian Smartphone market.
