Internet TV usage appeared to fall somewhat in the second half of 2013 in the US according to our latest survey of US consumers. 60% of US consumers reported using internet-delivered TV and movies in the past month. Usage of all connected multiscreen devices for viewing internet TV and movies also fell back. Games consoles remain the most popular connected TV platform, and PlayStation is now matching Xbox in number of users. This report presents data from a survey of more than 2000 US consumers relating to usage of internet TV services on connected multiscreen devices. Connected TV device rankings include Xbox360, PS3, Apple TV, Wii, Roku and Chromecast and smart TVs from Samsung, Sony, LG and Vizio.
