Broadband Service Provider Performance Benchmarking: Europe Q4 2014

The European Broadband market showed strong growth in 2014, with tracked operators adding more than 4.6 million new subscribers during the year. While many countries are reaching high penetration levels for Broadband subscriptions, there is still a tremendous amount of opportunity. Broadband operators in the region are also starting to focus on increasing speeds, which will begin to drive churn and also possibly accelerate the decline in DSL subscriptions. This interactive database summarizes quarterly subscriber growth trends for the 98 leading Broadband Service Providers (BSPs) based in Western Europe and where possible, services offered in Central and Eastern Europe are also tracked, resulting in coverage of 60% of the European market. The operator-level tracked data includes subscribers, growth rates, ARPU and other selected financial metrics. The report also contains a flat file of all data, allowing clients to create customized pivot tables.
