Sodium hydrosulfite common named insurance powder, has slightly special odor and strong reducibility.This powder is unstable and easily oxidized and resolve sulphur. Sodium hydrosulfite is affected with damp and will lose effectiveness exposed to the air, which may cause burning.

In China, Sodium hydrosulfite is mainly used in the field of textile printing and dyeing industry. The textile printing and dyeing industry are mainly distributed in the area of east China, therefore the distribution of market demand of Sodium hydrosulfite is basically in accordance with it.
