The unified management on pest and disease which has been carried out by Chinese Government in the whole country since 1 Aug., 2011 has bothered traditional pesticide sales model in China.
In May 2012, the HS Code of 40% paraquat TK in China has been doubted by Nanjing Customs District of China for being misplaced in the wrong chapter of the Import and Export Tariffs of the People's Republic of China.
