User Experience Evaluation: Cadillac CUE

Strategy Analytics conducted a user evaluation with 12 users of the Cadillac CUE infotainment system. The speech interface was easy to use, with the exception of navigation commands. The proximity sensors which changed the display when the driver's hand approaches received mixed reviews and altered how a few participants reached for the display. Haptic feedback was largely regarded positively. Better access to applications and a ubiquitous home key on the touchscreen would improve the user experience.
