SI GaAs Substrates Market: 2011-2016

Strategy Analytics forecasts that the GaAs bulk substrate market will resume growth in 2012 and grow with a CAAGR of 4% to reach nearly 39000 ksi of area in 2016. Because of declining wafer average selling prices, the value of the market will grow more slowly, reaching an estimated $240 million in 2016.
