 Huawei will aim to further develop its customer engagement solution to enable a consistent customer experience across all channels – including social media.

Customer care

Huawei is a leading worldwide player in ICT solutions, providing telecoms network equipment, IT products and solutions as well as smart devices for communications service providers (CSPs), enterprises and consumers in 170 countries. Its customers include regional, national and international fixed and mobile CSPs and enterprises. It is the third-largest player in the customer care segment, and had a 7.1% share of worldwide revenue in this market in 2013. The company's customer care software business grew at 7.5% CAGR between 2011 and 2013. Asia–Pacific and Europe, the Middle East and Africa accounted for more than 90% of Huawei's customer care revenue.
